
Key Accounts Executive

**Job Functions -**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building trust with clients
- Rigorously track customers’ buying behavior (orders’ frequency and recency) to maintain customer retention and rejuvenate the hibernating customers
- Execute various plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Acquiring new B2B customers and effectively presenting our business proposition
- Regular interactions with the customers to understand their needs and build rapport
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer’s concerns promptly and professionally by taking regular follow up
- Help B2B customers in placing orders
**Desired Position Qualification -**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Spare part knowledge will be a plus
- Proactive and Flexible
**Required Skills -**
- Communication Skills
- Bilingual/Multilingual - Kannada, English, Tamil and Telugu
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
