**Role Overview**: We are excited to offer a multifaceted role that encompasses HR, Office Administration, Client Management, and Marketing & Sales.
- A female professional returning to the workforce after a career break.
- Resides in or near Arunattukara, Thrissur.
- Holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing, or HR.
- Open to both freshers and those with prior experience.
- Possesses a mature personality and shows impeccable English communication skills.
- Demonstrates a capacity to manage and administer our Thrissur office operations effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, scheduling meetings and providing regular updates.
- Manage client expectations and maintain service excellence.
- Translate project requirements to the team with clarity and precision.
- Handle recruitment tasks including job postings, screenings, interviews, and documentation.
- Oversee HR functions such as salary processing and employee relations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Thrissur office.
- Proactively target potential clients in Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop and manage prospect pipelines and conduct effective follow-ups.
- Create and execute compelling outreach campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English with superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the skill to juggle multiple tasks.
- Professional and trustworthy with the handling of confidential information.
