**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Coordinate in company's day to day operations (e.g. Shipments, sales processes, orders, returns, reviews)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
- Handle complaints from customers
- Create reports, analyse and make suggestions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is function able and presentable
- Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff
- Manage the cases raised with e commerce operators (online) if required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Graduate or equivalent education level.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Be a team player.
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
- Flexible to work as per the needs of the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
