Scope of work (Roles & Responsibilities):
1.1. To coordinate with the company employees to understand the requirements of changes required on the website, LMS, mobile app, OSCE app, etc., and notify the IT manager for his review and approval.
1.2. To monitor the company-developed systems, apps, and websites and provide detailed reports to the IT Manager on a monthly basis.
1.3. To carry out the changes, additions, and deletions in the functions in different areas as per the instruction of the IT manager.
1.4. To provide necessary website management works, which includes website design, content incorporation, web-based back-end works, form incorporation, etc.
1.5. To monitor and check the website security on a timely basis. Coordinate with the server team for necessary support as and when necessary.
1.6. To provide necessary training and inductions to the company employees on the safe use of company assets and its management.
1.7. To ensure that the assets are issued to the employees in good condition and with necessary accessories, software for performing their works.
1.8. To monitor the students, chat groups (Telegram, WhatsApp, or company-owned chat groups), understand the concerns faced by the students and mentors, and provide necessary support immediately. In the event of concerns raised by the students/mentors, the response time is less than 2 hours (if it does not have any serious impact or change in the system).
1.9. To prepare daily activity plan and share it with the IT manager to track daily activities and schedule it accordingly based on priorities.
1.10. To attend daily, weekly, monthly meetings scheduled by the IT manager for monitoring the system, identifying the lagging areas, and providing adequate recommendations.
1.11. To prepare and circulate meeting minutes of the meeting (MOM) with the concerned parties and ensure that the action items are properly attended to on time. Open points shall be communicated with the IT manager for his assistance whenever required.
1.12. To coordinate with the third-party vendors as and when required for authorized changes, additions, and deletions authorized by the IT manager.
1.13. Facilitate the interaction between end-users and higher-level support.
1.14. Monitor system and network performance and organize maintenance activities (e.g., backups).
1.15. Organize troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration.
1.16. Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules.
1.17. To coordinate with the operations manager, other department heads, and participate in the periodic meetings to know the changes required in the IT services.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
