**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team in coordinating and executing various retail sales initiatives to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, track industry trends, and gather competitor insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and product delivery coordination.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotion campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective communication to customers.
- Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and other relevant documentation to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist in organizing sales events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase our products and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and explore new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- 1-2 year experience in selling educational products/services/Knowledge of the medical education industry or is a plus.
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
