**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients or project teams to understand website requirements and objectives.
- Create website design concepts, wireframes, and mockups that align with client preferences and industry best practices.
- Develop visual designs using design software, considering layout, color schemes, typography, and other design elements.
- Ensure the website design is user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible for a wide range of users.
- Implement the design using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Optimize website performance, including loading times and mobile responsiveness.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve the website design.
- Collaborate with web developers and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Maintain and update existing websites, making design improvements and implementing new features as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a web designer or in a related role.
- Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual design.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Portfolio of past web design projects to showcase skills and experience.

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
