We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual design, user experience, and proficiency in modern web design tools and technologies. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive and visually appealing website layouts, templates, and landing pages.

Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and functionality.

Convert wireframes and prototypes into engaging web pages.

Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.

Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.

Work with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow to create and manage web content.

Stay updated with current design trends, UI/UX standards, and web technologies.

Create visual assets such as banners, icons, and graphics for digital platforms.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.

Ensure design consistency with company brand guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

Good understanding of UX/UI design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.

Basic understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

Familiarity with basic video editing or motion graphics tools.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, or other web performance tools.

Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing design projects.
