**Responsibilities**:

- **Website Design**:

- Create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and designs.
- Implement design concepts into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- **Front-end Development**:

- Code and optimize web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design wireframes into interactive and functional web elements.
- Enhance user experience through thoughtful design decisions.
- **Graphics and Multimedia**:

- Design and optimize graphics, images, and multimedia elements for web use.
- Ensure a cohesive and attractive visual identity across the website.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with development teams, content creators, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
- **Testing and Optimization**:

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Optimize website performance for speed and responsiveness.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Share insights and contribute to a creative and collaborative team culture.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 08 to 01 year of professional web design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of responsive design principles.
- **Creativity**:

- Strong creative and artistic skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative design ideas.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to articulate and present design concepts.
- **Adaptability**:

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
