**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive website layouts and UI designs using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap that align with our brand identity, target audience, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketers, to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and user preferences to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Implement and customize Bootstrap components and frameworks to ensure responsive design, mobile-friendliness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO, considering different screen sizes, devices, and browsers.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the development process, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and industry standards, and recommend innovative approaches to improve design workflows and deliverables.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs based on insights and user behavior.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your creative and innovative design skills.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, with a solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach.
- Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and its integration with HTML/CSS.
- Excellent visual design skills, including layout composition, color theory, typography, and iconography.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-designers.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
