Job description:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**:Reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- **Property Promotion**:Explaining property details, features, and benefits to potential buyers over the phone.
- **Client Engagement**:Building rapport with clients, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing relevant information.
- **Appointment Setting**:Scheduling site visits for interested clients and coordinating with the sales team.
- **Database Management**:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating client information, and managing the customer database.
- **Sales Conversion**:Persuading potential clients to make a purchase or book a site visit.
- **Follow-up**:Following up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Skills Required:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with clients and handle their queries effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Thorough understanding of the real estate projects and offerings.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software for managing client interactions.
- **Active Listening**: Ability to understand client needs and respond accordingly.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
