**Job Role Description for Telecalling in Real Estate**

**Job Title**: Real Estate Telecaller

**Job Location**: Jubilee Hills

**Reports to**: Sales Manager / Team Leader

**Job Overview**: As a Real Estate Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing information about properties, projects, and services offered by the company. The role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Follow-up**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients based on leads provided by the company or collected through other channels.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest in properties to assess their needs and qualify them for further sales or viewings.
- Maintain and update the lead database in CRM regularly, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Introduce and explain available real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities to potential buyers.
- Understand the client’s requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their preferences, budget, and location.
- Address client queries regarding the property, pricing, legal aspects, or any other concerns related to the real estate market.
- **Setting Appointments**:

- Schedule appointments for property viewings, meetings with sales teams, or site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure appointments are confirmed and clients receive the necessary details ahead of time.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations or product demos over the phone.
- Promote the company’s real estate offerings, ensuring alignment with the sales and marketing goals.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-up schedules.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and appointments set to the team leader or sales manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 2 years (required)
- total work: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Telugu (required)
- English (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 20/01/2025
