**Job Summary**

One of our clients, **Broadway Network Institute** is seeking a dynamic and persuasive **Tele-caller** to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with warm leads and nurture them into hot leads through effective communication and relationship-building. If you have excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus), a customer-first attitude, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you

**Duties**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Promote services over the phone
- Record details of each call in the database
- Follow scripts and communicate product information effectively
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in English;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
