3. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company

4. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.

5. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

6. Able to finish given task on daily basis

7. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

8. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

9. Generate Leads That Develop Into New Customers.

10. Identify Customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the land.

11. Noting important details of each conversation.

12. Cool-tempered and able to handle outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.

Qualification:
Any Degree

1. Should have good command over Telugu/English/Hindi.

2. Should have Pleasing Personality.

3. Excellent Communications Skills.

4. Should have Excellent convincing Skills.
