Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Tele Callers based in Hyderabad. Tele Callers will handle day-to-day communication with potential and existing students or parents, providing them with information about the courses offered. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, addressing inquiries, guiding students through admission processes, and maintaining updated records of interactions. Additionally, Tele Callers will collaborate with the internal team to meet enrollment targets and support overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle outbound calls and provide detailed information about servicesCustomer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesBasic proficiency with computer systems and maintaining recordsAbility to work as part of a team and meet assigned targetsPrevious experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent, with preference for candidates holding a degree
