**Joining Date**:Immediate joining required
**Stipend**: INR 15,000 per month
**Working Hours**:8 AM to 8 PM, six days a week
**Travel**: Frequent travel all over Maharashtra
**Overview**:
We seek enthusiastic and dedicated personnel to train doctors, optometrists, and other relevant staff in utilizing our AI-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. This role involves hands-on initial training and ongoing support across multiple departments, including doctors, optometrists, booking and billing, IPD, optical, inventory, and pharmacy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Initial Hand-Holding for Doctors**: Provide in-depth training and real-time support to doctors during their initial experience with the AI-based EMR system.
- **After-Training Support**: Offer ongoing technical and user-related support to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the system.
- **Multi-Departmental Training**: Extend training to other crucial departments, including optometry, booking and billing, IPD, optical, inventory, and pharmacy.
- **Travel**: Must be willing and able to travel frequently to different branch locations for training and support.
- **Collaboration**: Serve as a liaison between the technical team and hospital staff to effectively address issues and suggest improvements.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English, both written and verbal.
- Computer knowledge is a must.
- Quick to grasp technical concepts, especially those related to software and AI.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
