**Internship Tenure: 6 months (Work From Office)**

**Internship Stipend: 10K/month**

**Internship Type: Full-time**

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Provide hands-on support of customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing, order tracking, and detailed account management.
- Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience.
- Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics.
- Responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to all customer inquiries regarding the products and services.
- Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with various internal departments to resolve problems.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
