**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**: Ensure all required transportation documents (permits, licenses, registrations, etc.) are up to date and comply with industry regulations.
- **Insurance Compliance**: Monitor and maintain current insurance certificates for all vehicles and drivers, ensuring coverage aligns with company and regulatory requirements.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Keep updated on relevant US Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations to ensure company adherence.
- **Auditing**: Conduct regular audits of documents, including driver qualifications, vehicle inspections, and insurance coverage, to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- **Coordination**: Work with insurance providers, vendors, and internal teams to manage renewals, claims, and policy updates.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory authorities and maintain records for internal and external audits.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address any compliance-related issues promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
- **Training**: Provide guidance and training to drivers and staff on compliance requirements and documentation best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the US transportation industry, with a focus on document and insurance compliance.
- Experience managing insurance documentation and understanding insurance policies in transportation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with drivers, insurance companies, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with compliance management software and MS Office (Word, Excel).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with fleet management systems and compliance tracking tools.
- Knowledge of FMCSA safety ratings and audit processes.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,937.11 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Night shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
