**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports for international clients.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with foreign accounting standards.
- Assist with insurance claims processing, policy reviews, and documentation management.
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy in maintaining financial and insurance records.
- Collaborate with the team to address client queries and provide required assistance.
- Learn and utilize accounting software and tools specific to foreign markets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and international compliance regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Recent graduates or final-year students pursuing BCom, MCom, BBA, MBA, or equivalent degrees in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with international accounting standards (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
