**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supply Chain Management**: Coordinate and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring seamless operations.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring that the right products are available when needed.
- **Procurement**: Assist in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- **Vendor Relations**: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring high-quality standards, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery schedules.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment, lead times, and cost efficiency.
- **Cost Optimization**: Identify and implement strategies to reduce supply chain costs, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
- **Risk Management**: Monitor supply chain risks and disruptions, developing contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to transportation, safety, and environmental standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal departments (such as sales, marketing, and finance) to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely order fulfillment and handling any supply chain-related issues that arise.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related area.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics systems.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external vendors.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail in managing inventory, processing orders, and monitoring logistics.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
