**Job Title**: Interior and Construction Project Coordinator
**Department**: Interior Design / Construction
**Reports To**: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
**Location**: Fort, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Manage the day-to-day coordination of interior design and construction projects, ensuring all activities run according to schedule.
- **Timeline Management**: Create, monitor, and update project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Track progress and report any delays or issues.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Assist in budget creation and monitoring, ensuring projects stay within financial limits. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to control costs.
- **Team Coordination**: Liaise between internal teams, clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth execution.
- **Procurement Management**: Oversee the procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes for interior design, ensuring timely deliveries, quality control, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct regular site visits for both interior and construction aspects of the project to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to safety standards.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, design revisions, and progress reports. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address issues promptly to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Report risks or potential setbacks to the Project Manager.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that the design and construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- **Client Communication**: Assist in presenting project updates and design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct inspections during various stages of the project.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in interior design and/or construction project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and construction processes.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) or Interior Design (NCIDQ) is a plus.
- Experience working in both interior design and construction sectors.
- Familiarity with construction materials and processes.
