**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and communicate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Organize and maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, proposals, design specs, and progress reports.
- Oversee the procurement of furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes, ensuring timely deliveries and cost compliance.
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within the allocated budget.
- Facilitate and attend project meetings, documenting decisions, actions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all designs are compliant with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager and clients.
- Manage and coordinate any changes in design scope and ensure these are documented and communicated to all parties.
- Maintain client relationships and address any feedback or concerns promptly.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in interior project coordination or related fields.
- Solid understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Experience with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) or Interior Design (NCIDQ) is a plus.
- Experience working with contractors, architects, and other professionals in the design and construction

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
