Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Coordinator for interior projects. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior projects including scheduling, coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and managing project timelines. The role includes regular site visits, supervision of on-site activities, resolving any project-related issues, and ensuring project completion within the stipulated time frame and budget.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project coordination and management in the interior design industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications
  • Knowledge of interior design principles and construction processes
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, vendors, and contractors
