**Job Summary**:
Sales generation for real estate portfolio of Premium Properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
- Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
- Staying up-to-date with product & market knowledge.
- Establish the network of associates for Sales.
- Interact with creative & design agency, architects, legal, finance & projects for better execution.
- Going the extra mile by investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems and liaison with other managers/department if required.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Create a hassle free & seamless experience for the customer with regards to On-boarding, Registration, Payments, etc. to deliver prompt and accurate service to the customer.
- Forge strong relationships with new customers.

**Job Specifications**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, decision making & problem solving abilities.
- Must be updated latest market trends and technology advances applicable to the field of Real estate particularly in sales.
- **Experience and Education**:_
- Any Graduate
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- Must have at least 2-8 years of experience in Real estate Industry with Residential & Commercial Projects

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 4 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
