You’ll participate in producing preliminary versions of designs, engaging in design solutions and processing feedback to improve designs. We are looking for a bright junior graphic designer to join our team. Your responsibilities Junior Graphic Designer 2 include producing designs in accordance with requirements, reporting to the senior graphic designer, and improving design tasks. You must have original ideas and a keen eye for detail to be an excellent junior graphic designer. Finally, a competent junior graphic designer should be able to come up with innovative ideas, be eager to learn new abilities, and develop excellent designs that complement the company's objective.

**Key Responsibilities**
Hands-on experience with helping in delivering design requirements.
Hands-on experience with design and image editing software.
Opportunity to be guided and work with professionals in the industry.
Learning how to organize, multitask and manage time.
Exposure to the design industry and its various responsibilities.

**Hard Skills**
Portfolio that represents most creative and best abilities of your work.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields related to design.
Prior experience as a junior designer.
Expert with design software and editing tools. (Adobe suite preferred)
Good command over design techniques and visual elements.
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Good sportsmanship. Teamwork skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.

**Soft Skills**
High Ownership (taking complete responsibility for the growth via the respective channels)
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things-done
Creative outlook and an eye for detail Super Iterative (being able to do 1000s of experiments, and figure out what works best) Excellent analytical skills Right mix of data-driven and intuition-based approach.
