We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with senior designers and other team members to bring visual concepts to life. You will play a key role in producing high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Support the development of visual assets for campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Edit and enhance existing designs to meet project requirements.
- Stay updated with design trends and propose fresh ideas to improve visual communication.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
