**Job Description**:
As a Junior Graphic Designer focusing on business setup services in Dubai, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence to attract and engage clients interested in business establishment in the UAE. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams while working from India to implement effective Marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Create eye-catching and visually appealing graphic posts for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop original designs that effectively communicate key messages and align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Produce high-quality visual assets, including illustrations, infographics, and layouts, while adhering to project deadlines and specifications.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and messaging goals for each social media post.
- Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve design concepts, ensuring they meet project objectives and brand standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather input, clarify expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the design process.

**Creativity and Innovation**:

- Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your skills and approach to graphic design.
- Experiment with new ideas, techniques, and styles to bring fresh perspectives and creativity to our social media content.
- Contribute innovative design solutions that differentiate our brand and capture the attention of our target audience in a crowded digital landscape.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all graphic designs, including proper resolution, color management, and file formats for digital distribution.
- Conduct thorough reviews of design work to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies before final delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative graphic design work, with a focus on social media content
- 6 months to 2years experience in graphic designing
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for design, creativity, and visual storytelling, with a desire to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek feedback to improve design skills and performance.
