**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs across various mediums, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing to the overall brand identity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality visual content, including:

- Social media graphics (posts, stories, ads)
- Website banners and landing pages
- Brochures, flyers, and other print materials
- Presentation slides
- Infographics
- Video thumbnails and short video clips
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry best practices
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns
- Assist with photo and video shoots as needed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Strong visual communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
- A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles
- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro)
- Experience with social media advertising platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
