Job Description for a **Graphic Designer and Animator**:
**Role**: A Graphic Designer and Animator is responsible for creating both static and motion graphics for digital and print media. They combine design principles with animation techniques to produce engaging visuals for branding, marketing, advertisements, and multimedia projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and Design**: Develop creative concepts, graphics, and visual elements for marketing campaigns, websites, logos, social media, and more.
- **Animate Visuals**: Create 2D or 3D animations to bring characters, logos, and other graphic elements to life for advertisements, explainer videos, and digital platforms.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other creatives to understand design needs, brand guidelines, and project goals.
- **Use Design and Animation Tools**: Proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Maya, and other tools for both graphic design and animation.
- **Storyboarding**: Plan and illustrate storyboards for animation sequences, ensuring smooth transitions and timing for engaging motion graphics.
- **Revise and Refine**: Incorporate feedback from clients or teams, iterating on both static designs and animated content to meet project requirements.
- **Special Effects and Motion Graphics**: Develop special effects and dynamic transitions for video content, enhancing the viewer’s experience with creative animation techniques.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and animation projects.
- Expertise in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and animation tools (After Effects, Maya, Blender, etc.).
- Knowledge of animation principles (timing, movement, weight, etc.) and design fundamentals (color theory, typography, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to balance static and dynamic visual storytelling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (required)
