Creative Graphic DesignerKey Responsibilities:

- **Design Creation**: Develop and produce creative and visually appealing designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, banners, and more.
- **Branding**: Maintain consistency and alignment with the brand's visual identity, ensuring that all design materials accurately represent the brand’s image.
- **Concept Development**: Brainstorm and conceptualize creative design ideas based on project briefs, client needs, and market trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (marketing, product, content) and clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- **Editing & Refining**: Edit and revise designs based on feedback to ensure the final product is of the highest quality.
- **Prototyping**: Create mockups and prototypes to communicate design ideas and layouts to stakeholders.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure fresh and contemporary design work.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all designs are of high quality, well-organized, and ready for production or delivery.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or other design software.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative abilities to develop original design concepts and problem-solving skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail with the ability to catch design flaws and inconsistencies.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate design ideas effectively.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is often preferred.

Additional Skills (Optional):

- Knowledge of web design (HTML, CSS, etc.).
- Illustration or animation skills.
- Experience with video editing tools for motion graphics or video design.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
