Responsibilities:

- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and target audience demographics.
- Produce creative assets that effectively communicate the company's message, brand identity, and value proposition.
- Ensure consistency in design across all marketing channels and platforms.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Review and provide feedback on designs produced by junior team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually compelling design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to feedback.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
