**Responsibilities**

l Develop and design creative solutions for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media.

l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling designs that meet business goals.

l Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to elevate the overall design quality.

l Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.

l Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

l Create and maintain brand consistency across all design elements.

l Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders for feedback and approval.

l Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Coral design, UX, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.

l Handling entire graphics department independently.

**Requirements**:
l Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

l Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

l Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

l Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

l Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

l Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

l Experience in UI/UX design and motion graphics is a plus.

l Researching industry-related designs like Nutraceuticals, Nutrition, Health Care etc.

l Generating ideas for new designs.

l Collaborate with the team to ensure creativity of designs across various media outlets.

l Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

l Create well researched designs for blogs and social media platforms.

l The profile includes designing products for print media such as Leaflets, Flyers, Posters, brochures, Visiting cards, and many more.

l Designs should be created by understanding the production design and development process.

**Salary**: ₹9,940.40 - ₹35,259.38 per month
