**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a skilled **Graphic Designer & Video Editor** to join our onsite team in Pune. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about visual storytelling and wants to contribute to a fast-growing legal tech startup. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging graphics and videos that communicate our brand’s voice, support marketing campaigns, and simplify legal information for our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creative assets for digital campaigns including social media posts, website banners, infographics, presentations, brochures, and ads.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for product explainers, social media, testimonials, and educational content.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver visual content that resonates with our audience.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visuals.
- Bring legal topics to life with user-friendly visuals and storytelling.
- Manage multiple design and video projects with timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling visuals.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
- Excellent time management and team collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic motion graphics or animation experience.
- Familiarity with legal, education, or tech industries is a bonus.
- Knowledge of UI/UX or basic web design principles.
