Job Description: Collection Executive at Vasp Infotech

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Collection Management**: Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure collections are completed within the agreed timelines.
- **Client Visits**: Visit clients across West Bengal and Kolkata to collect payments, resolve disputes, and maintain relationships.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of payment schedules, collections, and client communications in the company's database.
- **Client Interaction**: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while ensuring timely payments.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to the management on collection status, client issues, and progress toward monthly targets.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any customer payment disputes or issues, ensuring a smooth and amicable resolution.
- **Traveling**: Required to travel across West Bengal and Kolkata for client meetings, payment collections, and follow-ups.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Prior Experience** in a similar role (Collections or Accounts Receivables) in the technology, IT, or electronics industry will be a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in dealing with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Willingness to Travel** extensively across West Bengal and Kolkata.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Own Vehicle (Two-Wheeler preferred)** for ease of travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Ability to meet collection targets and work under pressure.
