Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Location: Kolkata/Guwahati/Hyderbad

**Salary**: Upto 2.33 LPA + Incentives and Allowances

Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers to recover overdue amounts through field visits
- Maintain fair collection practices and adhere to company SOPs
- Perform field visits between 8 AM - 7 PM, ensuring timely and sincere completion of duties
- Provide genuine feedback on the app for each case and update customer information
- Meet weekly/monthly collection targets and update repayment status
- Raise on-ground issues to the field collection manager in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: 10th pass and above
- Experience: 1-5 years in collections, sales, or field operations
- Language: Fluent in local language (regional language/English/Hindi)
- Skills: Planning, organizing, time management, and prioritization
- Bike and driving license mandatory
