**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle collection calls and follow up with clients/customers for outstanding payments.
- Negotiate repayment terms and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
- Maintain daily records of collections and update payment status in the system.
- Ensure timely recovery of dues as per company guidelines.
- Visit clients (if required) for payment recovery.
- Coordinate with the accounts and finance teams for reconciliation of payments.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly collection reports with management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-4 years of experience** as a Collection Executive or in a similar payment recovery role.
- Strong understanding of debt collection and recovery processes.
- **Fluency in Bengali** (mandatory) and good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Ability to handle difficult situations tactfully and professionally.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant experience in collections and recovery will be preferred.

**Salary**
- Competitive salary package (based on experience and interview performance) + Incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
