  • Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records of all collection activities, customer interactions, and payments received.
  • Communication: Liaising with the sales team and other departments to follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Compliance: Adhering to company policies and relevant collection laws and protocols.
