**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bill Collection**: Visit customers to collect payments and ensure timely receipt.
- **Bill Delivery**: Hand out bills, invoices, or other relevant documents to customers.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of collections and deliveries.
- **Customer Interaction**: Professionally communicate with customers, addressing any concerns related to billing or payments.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report collection status to the accounts department or concerned personnel.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all collections and deliveries are conducted by company policies and regulations.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**: Handle other duties related to billing and collections as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Basic knowledge of billing and payments
- Trustworthy and reliable
- **Other Requirements**:

- Should own a bike/scooter for transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with local areas/routes
