K**ey Responsibilities**:

- **Container Inspection and Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine inspections of containers to identify wear, damage, or other issues.
- Perform minor repairs, including sealing leaks, fixing doors, and addressing rust or structural damage.
- Ensure all containers meet safety and regulatory standards.
- **Cleaning and Sanitization**:

- Coordinate and execute container cleaning procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
- Supervise cleaning activities for both general and specialized cargo containers.
- **Inventory and Documentation**:

- Maintain a log of all containers, tracking their location, condition, and maintenance history.
- Ensure all documentation for container repairs and inspections is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Work with external vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance requirements.
- Oversee vendor work to ensure quality standards are met.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for containers.
- Identify patterns in container issues to recommend improvements in procurement or handling processes.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance work.
- Ensure containers comply with local and international transportation regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure container availability and readiness.
- Provide updates on container status and potential delays due to maintenance.
- **Cost Management**:

- Track maintenance costs and suggest cost-effective strategies for container upkeep.
- Monitor inventory levels for repair materials and tools, ensuring timely replenishment.
