We have 4 position

1) Mechanical Maintenance - Machine shop

2) Electrical Maintenance - Machine shop

3) Electronics Maintenance

BE with 3-9 yrs experience

Diploma - with 4 -10 yrs. experience

Keep machine good running and solve/ fix the machine problem to daily support production.

To attend CNC machines all types of breakdowns, inhouse repairs of FANUC System cards,

Control

General problem analysis with electrical / mechanical knowledge, and report the machine

problem to engineer/ team leader.

Related tasks implemented on time and with high efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain preventive maintenance system and supervision on implementation.

Define preventive maintenance plan/tasks for team, and report the TPM result.

Create TPM maintenance working instruction for each equipment.

Approve the tools/ fixtures

Provide support and guidance to technician during maintenance.

Typical equipment fault analysis and solution, problem shooting with hydraulic, Program Logic

Controller (PLC), Numeric Control (NC) know-how.

Cooperate with maintenance technicians in diagnosing root causes of breakdowns and

stoppages.

Analyze breakdowns to eliminate reoccurrence.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree with major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Having 3-9 yrs. experience in Electrical maintenance, individually can handle the activity.

Good English written & verbal communication.

Good knowledge of electrics, pneumatic, mechanics in maintenance.

Safety awareness and knowledge on identify/eliminate machines safety risk

Risk based thinking ability.

Maintenance skill training to technician

Manage and optimize spare part management.

Technical documents understanding.

Project Management and Team Management
