He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design) **About the Role** - Leap’s central content team is our in-house agency bringing the fastest growing study abroad brand to life. Through authoritative content IPs, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering Leap’s exciting & daring persona to Indian study abroad aspirants. Your mandate will be to increase brand awareness and reach by cracking content and distribution on digital platforms like YouTube and Instagram. **The charter for this role will include**: - Designing a content strategy for all business lines of Leap- - Managing and executing the content strategy across channels (Social media, website, PR) and formats (short-form / long-form)- - Strengthen the Leap brand by creating category-shaping content and content IPs- - Managing strategic goals (Metrics, Targets, OKRs)- - Process excellence - Build, monitor, and improve processes- - Stakeholder Management / Consensus Building - direct marketing/ product/ HR efforts to achieve set goals**Ideal Persona**: - Someone who has seen/ led the journey of building a content marketing powerhouse- - Someone who has created quality content at scale across channels and formats- - Excellent first principle problem-solving skills- - Someone who can balance strategy with execution- - Someone who has built and improved complicated processes involving multiple stakeholders**Mutual Respect**: We love people who are ‘relentlessly resourceful’.
