Customer Care Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their automotive service needs and concerns.
- Provide information about services, pricing, and estimated completion times.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule service appointments based on customer preferences and workshop availability.
- Coordinate with the service team to optimize workshop efficiency and meet customer expectations.
- **Inquiry Handling**:
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and any other relevant details.
- **Service Coordination**:
- Liaise with the service and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of customer requests.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles during the service process.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and a focus on finding satisfactory solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- **Customer Feedback**:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the enhancement of customer service processes and procedures.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service details.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of customer information in the database.
