aHOPE is looking for a dedicated **Field Executive** to support its **Business Correspondence (BC)** vertical in Tamil Nadu. This role is central to ensuring effective delivery of **microfinance services** to rural communities — particularly **loans extended to farmers in the dairy sector** — in partnership with our Sub-BCs.

You will be responsible for managing **loan disbursement, collections, field-level audits**, and compliance in accordance with regulatory and internal process standards.

This is a field-intensive role suited for someone who thrives in rural environments, has strong communication skills, and brings a process-driven mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Sub-BC partners to facilitate **loan disbursement and recovery** operations
- Conduct **field visits to farmers** for loan utilization checks and recovery follow-ups
- Ensure proper documentation and **KYC compliance** before and after disbursement
- Track **repayment schedules** and **collection efficiency**, and take proactive steps to minimize defaults
- Assist in executing **internal audits** and field-level operational verifications
- Support Sub-BC staff in using digital tools for tracking loans, repayments, and reporting
- Liaise with the aHOPE backend team to resolve field-level operational issues
- Maintain accurate and timely field MIS reports

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 4+ years of **field experience in microfinance**, agri-credit, or rural lending (preferred)
- Prior exposure to **Tamil Nadu dairy sector**, farmer collectives, or SHGs is an advantage
- Basic familiarity with mobile apps for data capture and loan tracking
- Good communication skills in **Tamil** and English
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to travel extensively across assigned rural blocks

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Field: 4 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
