Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote Vaidyog’s services and establish strong relationships with healthcare institutions. This role involves engaging with potential clients, conducting field visits, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
Identify and visit healthcare institutions, clinics, and hospitals to introduce Vaidhyog's platform.

Present the benefits and features of Vaidyog to potential clients.

2. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Address client queries and provide tailored solutions to their recruitment needs.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, leads, and achievements.

4. Market Research:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and service improvements.
- 5. Promotional Activities:

- Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, and workshops to promote Vaidyog.
- Distribute promotional materials and follow up with leads generated.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales (experience in healthcare recruitment preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹9,675.63 - ₹27,355.28 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
