We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing/Sales Specialist to join our team at TeachIvy. Your primary role will be to market and sell our cutting-edge School Management and Learning Management System (LMS) software. This position requires a deep understanding of our product, as you’ll be responsible for identifying potential schools, explaining the benefits of our software, and converting leads into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Outreach**:

- Identify and research potential schools that would benefit from our School Management and LMS software.
- Develop and execute strategies for reaching out to school administrators and decision-makers.
- **Product Understanding & Comparison**:

- Thoroughly understand our School Management and LMS software, including all features and benefits.
- Conduct a detailed analysis comparing our software to competitors, identifying our advantages and any areas for improvement.
- Regularly update and refine the competitive analysis as the software evolves.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**:

- Explain the software’s features and benefits clearly to potential clients, tailoring your approach based on their specific needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase how our software can improve school management and learning experiences.
- Address any questions or concerns from prospective clients.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and successful software implementation.
- **Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Work closely with the product development team to communicate client feedback and potential software improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and strategies.
