**Marketing Coordinator**:

- The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's marketing and business development efforts.
- This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
∙**Content & Collateral Development**:

- Assist in the creation of client-facing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Edit and update collateral such as bios, flyers, brochures, and other branded content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by adhering to established brand guidelines.

∙**Campaign Execution & Analytics**:

- Support the development and execution of external marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Track performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate ROI on marketing initiatives; compile and present quarterly reports to leadership.
- Monitor and analyze analytics for multiple social media platforms and marketing campaigns to optimize performance and present monthly reports to leadership. ∙

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and schedule posts across various social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) using third-party platforms such as **Hootsuite**, **Later**, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content calendars and ensure timely execution. oStay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates to recommend new strategies and tactics.

∙**CRM & Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (HubSpot), including contact information, campaign tracking, and lead management.

∙**Event & Logistics Support**:

- Coordinate logistics and marketing collateral for public-facing events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials and ensure timely replenishment.

∙**Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Liaise with external vendors, designers, and printers to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. oCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development and marketing goals.

∙**General Support**:

- Provide administrative and creative support for various marketing, business development, and graphic design tasks as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in marketing platforms such as **HubSpot**, **Canva**, **Hootsuite**, **Later**, **Microsoft Office Suite**, and **Adobe Creative Suite**.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Ability to follow detailed instructions and consistently meet deadlines.**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. ∙
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹846,619.69 per year
