Job Summary:

- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Account Manager to join our director's office, focusing on managing and growing internal brand accounts. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between the creative, strategy, and execution teams and the internal stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main liaison between internal brand teams and execution departments.
- Support the development, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print, events).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and media teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for projects.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign outcomes and propose actionable solutions.

*Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

*1-4 years of experience in account management, marketing coordination, or related roles (internships included).

*Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Familiarity with digital marketing tools, project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.,), and analytics tools is a plus.

*Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

*Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for marketing and brand development.
