Our Bank is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Inbound Customer Support team at our Whitefields branch in Bangalore. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing excellent service and assistance with their banking inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information and support on various banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor's degree ( Fresher or Experienced anyone can apply)
- **Hindi speaking** will be a added Advantage
- **Excellent communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Prior experience in customer support or banking is a plus but not required.
