**Job Title**: Outbound Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing our products/services, explaining their benefits, and generating sales or appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
- Introduce and explain company products/services in a clear and effective manner.
- Answer customer queries confidently to build trust and interest.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with interested prospects for closing sales or scheduling meetings.
- Report feedback from customers to improve sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum HSC (12th pass) or any graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM updates.
- Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10 am - 6:30 pm

**Location**:

- Sargasan, Gandhinagar

**Salary**:

- Fixed salary + attractive incentives on achieving sales targets.
