**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new B2B and B2C leads through various channels including digital campaigns, social media, cold calling, and travel-related platforms.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, travel agents, and corporate customers.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation or sales in the travel industry.
- Solid understanding of sales funnel management and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel products is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
- Passion for travel and tourism.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
