- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Track and report on sales metrics and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience and Freshers can also apply.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Work Expectations**:

- Available to work Full time, 6 days a week.
- Flexible working hours with a focus on meeting sales targets.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Sales growth and revenue targets.
- Customer retention and satisfaction.
- Quality and effectiveness of client interactions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
